Where is Modoc Storage? Modoc Storage is located at 1300 W. 12th Street, Alturas, CA 96101. We're right next to Holiday Market.
How do I lease a unit? Click either the "Rent Here" button on the home page or "Unit Pricing" tab in the upper right hand corner. Select what size you want, click "Move In" and simply follow the prompts.
How do I access my unit? Once you sign a lease, you’ll receive a code that gives you access inside of the gate. Enter your code during every visit.
What are the access hours? Access your storage unit 24/7!
What are the lease options? We offer simple month-to-month leases.
What types of vehicle storage do you offer? We offer indoor parking space for RV and boats. They are 15' wide and 40' deep with 14' tall doors.
Am I able to pay my storage bill online? Sign in and pay your monthly storage bill online using a debit, credit card or ACH. Check the autopay setting and never worry about forgetting again!
What about locks? Bring your own lock. Key or combo whatever you prefer!
